Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues including repairing leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, water heaters, and fixture replacements with precision and expertise 
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems and clearly explain repair and replacement options 
• Present solutions and recommendations that best fit the customer’s needs and home while maintaining integrity and professionalism 
• Conduct thorough inspections of structures, locate and mark positions of pipes, connections, and necessary passage holes within walls and floors for seamless plumbing work 
• Interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical plans when needed 
• Build and repair plumbing systems including gas, water, sewer, and steam systems as required 
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities using provided technology 
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction through project completion

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of experience in residential plumbing service 
• Comfortable discussing repair vs. replacement options and presenting solutions to homeowners 
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset 
• Proficiency in plumbing techniques and procedures, including the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and layouts accurately 
• Ability to handle the physical demands associated with plumbing tasks 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check 
• Valid driver’s license
