Responsibilities:
- Bid & run projects from start to finish for HVAC Sales projects.
- Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.).
- Translate customers’ desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Scheduling, change orders, submittals, close-out packages.
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training.
- Design projects & work with customers for the best solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of HVAC or in-home sales experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred.
- Strong mathematical, language, communication and computer skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required for this position.
- Excellent customer & employee relation skills are a must.
- Excellent local reputation & knowledge of the Tampa Bay area.
