Job Title: Part-Time Accounting Assistant (AP/AR)
Commitment: 3 Days per Week

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team. You will support our financial operations by assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices and purchase orders, verifying department and GL accounts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Help with AR reconciliation.
  • Office Supplies: Track and order office supplies.
  • Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special financial projects.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a quick learner of accounting software.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
