Job Summary: 
We are seeking motivated and skilled Install Plumbers to join our team. This role is primarily focused on installing plumbing systems and fixtures based on projects sold by service technicians. Unlike service roles, there is little to no diagnosing required. This position is commission-based, allowing you to earn based on the value of the jobs you complete.

Additional Perks and More Information:  

• Commission-Based Pay: Earn based on the dollar value of the installations you complete. (An hourly rate applies only to meetings or non-job-related tasks.) 

• Work Hours: Monday - Friday starting at 7 a.m., with occasional weekend work, though not typical. NO ON CALL! 

• Fully stocked company vehicle: (Install leads will be provided with a take home vehicle) 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Install plumbing systems and fixtures as sold by service technicians. 

• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with local codes. 

• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally. 

• Attend team meetings or training sessions as needed. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work truck and adhere to company policies. 

Job Qualifications:  

• Proven experience in plumbing installations. 

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and installation techniques.  

• Prioritize customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism. 

• Capable of handling physical demands associated with plumbing tasks. 

• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check. 

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record 

• Current enrollment in a Vocational Plumbing School (Preferred) 

• Ability to lift 85+ pounds
